Requirements:
  • Good balance of technical, business and sales skills.
  • Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position at Enterprise level.
  • Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.
  • UiPath platform knowledge is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
  • Driven approach with a solution selling mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Fluent written and spoken Thai and excellent English language is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
  • Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
  • Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
  • Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
  • Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s
  • Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
  • Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
  • Be an evangelist of UiPath automation solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
  • Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
  • Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to make the solution a reality for the customer
  • Create, update and maintain the knowledge database
  • Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team
  • Build solutions for different industry landscapes
  • Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath events and other industry events
  • Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem
  • Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap
