Requirements:
- Good balance of technical, business and sales skills.
- Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position at Enterprise level.
- Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.
- UiPath platform knowledge is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
- Driven approach with a solution selling mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent written and spoken Thai and excellent English language is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
- Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
- Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
- Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s
- Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
- Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
- Be an evangelist of UiPath automation solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
- Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
- Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to make the solution a reality for the customer
- Create, update and maintain the knowledge database
- Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team
- Build solutions for different industry landscapes
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath events and other industry events
- Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem
- Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap
