Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role within a SaaS or B2B environment. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Knowledge of lead management, data segmentation, and campaign tracking. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing attribution models. Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements. Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with SQL or scripting languages for data analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and other relevant tools. Maintaining and optimizing data syncs, ensuring clean and accurate data across platforms. Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key metrics such as demand generation, funnel analysis, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead scoring, attribution modeling, and funnel conversion rates. Ensure accurate data collection, integration, and hygiene across marketing platforms. Manage marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes. Perform data cleanup, transformation, and uploads into HubSpot and Salesforce. Support campaign execution by setting up tracking, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Conduct A/B testing and optimization for landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing assets. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data security. Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and allocation of marketing spend based on data insights. Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
