Requirements:
- Startup Expertise: You’ve been a Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, or an early-stage hire at a startup (ideally in a sub-10 or sub-20 person team).
- Proven Partnership Builder: You have a successful track record of establishing, scaling, and managing high-impact partnerships in competitive markets.
- Skilled Negotiator: Adept at negotiating complex deals and structuring agreements that create win-win outcomes.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Leader: Experience developing and executing initiatives that drive long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Define a comprehensive partnerships roadmap aligned with Sully.ai’s business objectives and long-term vision.
- Identify Strategic Opportunities: Prospect, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships with healthcare providers, EHR vendors, technology partners, insurance companies, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate & Structure Deals: Lead end-to-end negotiations, drafting and executing partnership agreements that unlock mutual value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, AI, Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate partner solutions and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
- Drive Revenue & Growth: Develop joint initiatives with partners to drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and recurring revenue.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Market Representation: Represent Sully.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to boost brand visibility and forge new alliances.
