Responsibilities:

Maintain a deep understanding of business intelligence (BI) best practices, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to the design and development of our reporting and analytics solutions.
Become a subject matter expert on artificial intelligence (including LLMs and machine learning) and explore innovative ways to apply these technologies to reporting and analytics (e.g., predictive analytics, automated insights, intelligent recommendations).
Stay informed about the competitive landscape related to BI products and identify opportunities to differentiate FMX's offerings.
Become a subject matter expert on the key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs of our customer base. Proactively engage with prospects and customers within our key industries to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and how they use them in their operations.
Develop and champion the product vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics within the FMX product portfolio. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, market trends, and business objectives.
Work closely with engineering, UX, project management, and other product managers to execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.
Plan and execute the launch of new reporting and analytics offerings, including go-to-market strategies, collaboration with marketing on sales materials, and a release strategy for a successful launch.
Create technical materials and training sessions for all sales and customer success teams to educate them on new reporting and analytics offerings. Collaborate with our product marketing team to create sales enablement sessions.
Develop and implement strategies for migrating existing customers from legacy reporting systems to new offerings, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing workflow disruption. Coordinate with customer success teams to provide support and guidance during the migration process.
