Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in auditing, finance, or a similar analytical role
• Knowledge of different audit types and a strong understanding of internal controls
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple audits or tasks simultaneously
• High integrity and respect for confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Perform different types of audits, including internal financial audits, operational reviews, and compliance checks
• Validate payments made across various platforms and ensure records match actual transfers
• Review Wise transactions to verify that amounts sent are accurate and match supporting documentation
• Analyze all transactions on Company Credit Cards (Brex), flag unusual charges, and ensure that all expenses have appropriate and valid receipts
• Investigate discrepancies or questionable charges and follow up with relevant teams
• Check for policy adherence in expense claims and payment approvals
• Document audit findings and work with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution
• Assist in creating or improving internal controls and audit processes
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to promote financial accountability
