Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations, marketing, or business development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and engagement tactics.
  • Strong writing skills for email campaigns and LinkedIn posts.
  • Experience using marketing and CRM tools such as Crelate, LinkedIn Recruiter, Constant Contact, ZoomInfo, Seamless AI, Canva, and RiversideFM.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working remotely and providing daily updates.
  • Sales and business development experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest calendar and coordinate bookings.
  • Conduct outreach to potential podcast guests.
  • Schedule and facilitate pre-record meetings.
  • Send studio links and necessary details to confirmed guests.
  • Conduct rough edits using RiversideFM and create highlight clips.
  • Upload final podcast episodes to Spotify and YouTube.
  • Scrape engagement data (e.g., post ‘likers’) and send targeted connection requests.
  • Develop engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with the brand’s objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly talent mailers via Constant Contact.
  • Craft and send compelling email campaigns.
  • Monitor email open and click rates, generating call sheets for follow-up.
  • Manage and update CRM (Crelate) with client and candidate data.
  • Assist with website updates (SquareSpace) as needed.
  • Develop and manage newsletters, webinars, and online community engagement.
  • Conduct research on potential client companies before calls.
  • If inclined, conduct research calls to companies and candidates for business development.
  • Earn commission on successful outreach and conversions.
