  • Ensure platform services are built for scale, reliability, and security, providing a strong foundation for all product teams.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the developer experience, including API usability, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Leverage metrics, analytics, and user feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously optimize platform offerings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to influence platform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
