1-2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in Mandarin and English. Strong interpersonal skills. Understanding of the sales process and lead qualification. Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales/marketing tools. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
