Requirements:
  • 1-2 years in a sales or business development role preferably in a technology or software company, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Reading, writing and speaking proficiency in Cantonese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in English, other language is required.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions.
  • Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities).
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
