Requirements:
- Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in Czechia
- Successful quota attainment year-over-year, growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work with a client organization and identify important people across many departments and different levels of leadership.
- Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance.
- Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accuracy in forecasting.
- Fluency in English.

- Build UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions by leveraging a value selling approach
- Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout lifecycle
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
