5+ years of relevant experience handling contracts and legal issues in the pharmaceutical industry Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally Experience navigating Market Access and Patient Support issues across Canada's provinces, bringing a strong understanding of Canada's Regulatory landscape Located in Ontario and called to the bar in Ontario

Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate various commercial agreements, including pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, packaging, supply, license and master service agreements Advise business team with respect to general contract matters, compliance policies, customer and vendor relations, and related regulatory issues Provide general advice to senior management and other managers on a day-to-day basis Triage other legal matters, such as employment Provide advice and guidance for the accomplishment of the overall business objectives of business unit in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and avoidance of unacceptable risks
