Responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage new client implementations from start to finish.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
  • Provide clients with custom deliverables based on client industry, business processes, and client need.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software implementation and consulting and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, customer satisfaction, and long-term value realization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships, through the implementation process, with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and IT teams, to drive alignment, collaboration, and advocacy.
  • Work with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the software development process and make recommendations for process improvements (development of templates, documentation of best practices, and contribution to the knowledge base library).
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to Consultants and Analysts, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.
