Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR people operations or service delivery experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR processes, compliance, and data across independently operating regions
  • Strong ability to identify, implement, and promote consistent HR practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of a People Services strategy
  • Work closely with wider People Operations teams
  • Support local People Ops BPs
  • Partner with HRIS team
  • Oversee and own the end-to-end execution of a specific HR lifecycle processes globally
  • Engage regional stakeholders to drive process consistency globally
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining process maps and associated documentation
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement, optimisation and implementation of specific global processes
  • Enhance processes as our technology eco-system evolves
  • Support Finance with monthly headcount reporting, where required
  • Serve as a point of escalation and support for team members
  • Nurture an attitude of continuous improvement amongst the team
  • Support with ad-hoc projects, where required
