Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR people operations or service delivery experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR processes, compliance, and data across independently operating regions
- Strong ability to identify, implement, and promote consistent HR practices
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of a People Services strategy
- Work closely with wider People Operations teams
- Support local People Ops BPs
- Partner with HRIS team
- Oversee and own the end-to-end execution of a specific HR lifecycle processes globally
- Engage regional stakeholders to drive process consistency globally
- Responsible for creating and maintaining process maps and associated documentation
- Responsible for the continuous improvement, optimisation and implementation of specific global processes
- Enhance processes as our technology eco-system evolves
- Support Finance with monthly headcount reporting, where required
- Serve as a point of escalation and support for team members
- Nurture an attitude of continuous improvement amongst the team
- Support with ad-hoc projects, where required
