Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or relevant subject area
  • Minimum seven (7) + years of product management experience (required)
  • Minimum two (2) + years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to deliver products / services
  • Minimum two (2) + years managing SaaS / Subscription-based software products
  • Three (3)+ years experience using product analytics tools
  • A strong foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts and technologies like Serverless, Containers, Storage/Databases, Site Reliability (SRE), Centralized Monitoring and Incident Management
  • Experience developing product on the AWS Cloud Platform is highly desired
  • Understanding of development concepts and logic
Responsibilities:
  • Overall product management responsibility for Appfire’s enterprise strategy
  • Providing technical product vision and leadership for the enterprise strategy, informed through regular market & competitive analysis and customer interviews
  • Leading the creation and execution of the product roadmap with the supporting team including the definition of product requirements, business case development, project milestones, and go-to-market activities
  • With the leadership team, developing and delivering a clear strategy that establishes a winning position in the marketplace
  • Partnering with key stakeholders including engineering, marketing, and support to ensure the successful delivery of your products
  • Establishing and tracking goals against KPIs for your products, including adoption and cost metrics
  • Reporting against progress and developing remediation plans where necessary
