Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in privacy and data protection, with a strong understanding of GDPR.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service within a SaaS, Marketplace, or tech solutions company, focused on privacy management.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations and Subject Data Requests (DSR).
  • Understanding of international privacy regulations beyond GDPR (e.g., CCPA).
Responsibilities:
  • Handle Subject Data Requests (DSR) from clients and authorities, conduct quality checks on GDPR-related processes, and assist in optimizing and enforcing privacy procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Proactively identify privacy risks and compliance gaps, support in managing data breach events, and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Operations, Product) to ensure privacy standards are met, and contribute to improving privacy tools and workflows.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of privacy-related information, and provide support and advice to leadership on key privacy matters.

  • A university degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Privacy role in a multi-national company, ideally in tech/SaaS.

  • Improving and maintaining cross-border data transfer legal framework.
  • Reviewing and negotiating data protection terms and data processing agreements.
  • Managing privacy incidents.
  • Maintaining the Register of Processing Activities.
  • Interacting with IT, security, and business stakeholders to identify data protection risks.
  • Conducting employee trainings on privacy and data handling practices.
