Leverage client feedback and the necessary solutions to enhance the efficiency of claims processing, informing product management and roadmap decisions in the process
Deliver programs updates through data, conveying claims processing progress relative to benchmarks, and adeptly gauge and express problems in a data-centric manner
Manage time and priorities efficiently between moving pieces of a project or multiple projects simultaneously
Draft key documents, including correspondence to program participants, their counsel, and the court; and written protocols and procedures related to specific settlement programs
