Requirements:

1 to 3 years of previous experience working in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
Experience working in a fully remote setting, within small to medium-sized teams (20-40 members).
Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, while working in a similar start-up setup would be a great plus!
Experience managing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability of your team.
Demonstrated the ability to identify and address gaps in performance, contributing to team success by providing actionable feedback and solutions.
Know how to use the tools like Airtable and Make for process optimization.
Excellent task management and prioritization skills to stay on top of multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
