Requirements:

Four (4) years or more of verifiable experience as a Project or Program Manager, leading enterprise-wide IT projects within a mid-to-large organization.
Current Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile/Scrum Master certification, or equivalent.
Familiarity with project financial principles and procurement processes, including drafting RFPs, vendor evaluation, and contract management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage business cases, project charters, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for complex, mid-to-high cost, multi-year, and mid-to-high risk IT projects.
Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, translating goals into actionable plans, prioritizing work, and conducting gap analyses as needed.
Mentor and coach junior project staff as needed.
