Licensed Therapist I (MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT)

Masters in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting Must be license-eligible (MA/MSW) with a focus on attaining any of the following licensures: Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Associate Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT) Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills

Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations Manage a caseload of 24+ attended client sessions per week Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans Participate in organizational trainings and professional development Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values
