Requirements:
- Masters in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred).
- Must be license-eligible (MA/MSW) with a focus on attaining any of the following licensures: Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Associate Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT)
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from adults and/or children/adolescents, offering exceptional client care.
- Manage a caseload of 24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional)
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
- Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.
