Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sales is preferred, as well as 3-5 years of related experience

Responsibilities:
- Interact and correspond with customers daily
- Perform and prepare reviews of the company strategic direction and facilitate adherence to this direction
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends affecting the company’s sales
- Assists management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's sales forecasts.
- Recommends, evaluates and participates in sales programs.
- Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Recommends expenditures and appropriations for research and development work.
- Effectively manages sales budget for the region.
- Travel is required- up to 90%
- Other duties as assigned by management
