Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with a focus on coaching and facilitation for Account Executives.
- Proven expertise in applying sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Consultative Selling.
- Proven ability to manage complex enablement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience using sales enablement tools such as Gong and Instructure (Canvas)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programmatic enablement initiatives, including onboarding, ramping, and ongoing education programs.
- Create high-impact enablement content for live training, workshops, certifications, playbooks, and microlearning (within LMS) to support rep development.
- Deliver training sessions and coaching to strengthen rep sales behaviors and enhance product knowledge.
- Conduct call reviews, deal reviews, and role-play exercises to reinforce best practices and drive behavior change.
- Maintain a structured cadence for analyzing sales performance data with RevOps and stakeholders to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and present a strong, data-backed POV for enablement initiatives.
- Manage enablement programs efficiently, ensuring timely execution and alignment with GTM objectives.
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, Sales, and other GTM teams to align enablement initiatives with broader business goals.
