Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Active State License(s) in Minnesota.
- Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills.
- Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning.
- Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment.
Responsibilities:
- Offer therapy to members and partner to identify needs, develop treatment plans, and guide to other services.
- Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population.
- Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record.
- Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session.
- Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments to support care continuation.
