7+ years of experience across SAP HR modules. S/4 and ECC implementation experience are ideal, as well as certifications with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors. 5+ years of experience across SAP timesheet technologies new and old, e.g., Personnel Time Management, Payroll Accounting, Cross-Application Time Sheets (CATS). Thrive in a highly collaborative role working with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders. Excited to get hands dirty doing the work, understand needs at high-level and technical level. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize work.
Responsibilities:
Drive the modernization and standardization of HR processes on the latest SAP HR solutions. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Design solutions across payroll, talent management, employee experience, and people analytics modules. Create solution designs considering deployment options, integrations, architecture, data & reporting, and security.
