Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1+ years working with motion design;
  • Extensive experience in branding & visual identity – developing and maintaining brand guidelines (colors, typography, illustrations, graphics);
  • Ability to create high-quality custom illustrations for brand and marketing materials;

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain our strong, recognizable brand style and brand guidelines (colors, typography, illustrations, graphics);
  • Design custom illustrations to support brand identity and marketing materials;
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Design digital and offline advertising materials (banners, static & motion creatives, landing pages, email campaigns) that enhance engagement and conversions;
  • Create branded content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
  • Develop presentations and branded merchandise (T-shirts, stickers, tote bags, packaging, event materials);
  • Create store visuals (CPPs, screenshots, feature banners, promotional assets);
  • Design static and motion ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and product launches;
  • Visualize concepts for marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and analysts to ensure design aligns with business goals.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of design in marketing campaigns;
  • Conduct testing and iterate on designs based on performance data.
