Engage with property buyers/investors about property details and gather their 'buy box'. Manage property access for buyers and coordinate tours. Negotiate purchase terms with investors, handle objections, and secure deals. Actively reach out to and follow up with the investor network to match properties with buyers. Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, providing regular updates. Utilize Monday.com CRM to track investor information and leads.
