Requirements:
  • 4+ years of managing Team, Proven experience as a manager of managers and technical lead, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
  • Proficiency in System Architecture and Design with knowledge of OLTP , OLAP databases

  • Build Credit & Risk Platforms and own Technical Directions and decisions along with Tech Leads
  • Spearhead in Translating Business requirements to Tech solutions, Strategise long term Engineering Initiatives and own Staffing requirements.
  • Builds strong stakeholder relationships with nearby/distant teams, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across departments to drive initiatives.
  • Contribute to the wider Nivoda engineering culture, including developing best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to be adhered to throughout the development lifecycle
  • Leverage Expertise to improve Customer Touch points in FinTech Charters and Ability to make decisions aligned with the company's vision and contributing to strategic growth.
