Requirements:
  • Fluent in German & proficient in English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. You’ll engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help.
  • Create a strong first impression through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
  • Qualify leads to identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
  • Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve.
  • Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. You'll play a role in improving our customer journey from day one.
