- Qualify leads to identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
- Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve.
- Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. You'll play a role in improving our customer journey from day one.
