Requirements:
- Skilled seller or experience in formal sales enablement.
- Experience in instructional design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technology features into customer business benefits.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with sales enablement industry tools (LMS, Content Management, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- As a core member of the Global Enablement Team, the Enablement Manager supports Conga’s Go-To-Market customer-facing roles.
- Responsible for maintaining and coordinating ongoing enablement programs.
- Gathers and distills content for learning and development.
- Focuses on best-practice enablement programs that drive behavior changes and increase sales team performance.
- Manages projects end-to-end and supports high-performance learning and coaching Sales Culture through visible programs.
