Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Success in developing strategies for adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Passionate about customer experiences aligned with commercial outcomes.
  • Performance-oriented with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for fostering relationships.

  • Gather and analyze customer intelligence for feedback.
  • Partner with customers to develop case studies and testimonials.
  • Monitor key customer engagement metrics for improvement.
  • Work closely with teams during product launches to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate across departments for alignment on customer strategies.
