• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bilingual Medical VA.
• Proficiency in medical software and EMR/EHR systems, cClinicalWorks preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience with patient referrals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming referrals and determine priority based on established guidelines.
• Contact referred patients to confirm details and gather necessary information and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and authorizations.
• Document all referral activities and patient interactions in the system to ensure accurate records and compliance.
