Requirements:

• 12-15+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial management roles, preferably within a fintech or financial services company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CFA are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management systems and cash management tools.
• Experience in treasury operations, balance sheet optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Develop automation and process improvement strategies to support company growth.
• Lead the team supporting lending activities and operations across various geographies.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for optimal costs.
• Prepare and present treasury-related reports to executive leadership and the board.
