Deep understanding of BI and data modeling approaches. Strong skills in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with orchestrators like Airflow or Dagster. Track record with large scale rollout initiatives of dbt.

Lead a team of 5+ engineers and specialists, responsible for their growth and happiness. Facilitate technical decisions to meet project requirements. Work with the technical leader on technological strategy development. Ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals across departments. Develop internal product management processes, focusing on customer needs and fostering a Platform as a Product approach. Manage project scopes, ensure technical feasibility, and act as a hands-on project manager. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching for team members.
