• A professional with 2–3 years of experience in crowdsourcing and mass hiring, ideally with exposure to the LLM industry.
• A critical thinker who can prioritize urgent tasks with short turnaround times.
• A tech enthusiast with a strong interest in the real-world use of AI.
• A problem solver who thinks out of the box.
• Excellent team working and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Very good analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and hire qualified vendors (freelancers and agencies) for ongoing and future projects.
• Analyze market trends to provide timely and accurate updates on recruitment/candidate progress.
• Work closely with program stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a recruitment process that reflects Acolad’s culture and objectives.
• Stay on the lookout for potential talent from various backgrounds through social media, forums, etc.
• Handle end-to-end crowdsourcing and onboarding processes (internal and client-facing).
• Maintain Acolad’s proprietary vendor database.
• Send written communication to vendors.
• Attend regular internal team meetings.
