Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience with system design, algorithms, data structures, and systems analysis.
• Deep knowledge in DevOps tools, practices, enterprise standards, and security.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in a startup environment and a global distributed team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Lead DevOps and VPE to drive the scalability, stability, reliability, operability, and security of BuildingLink products and services.
• Set standards for deployments at scale, infrastructure reliability, and scalability.
• Advocate for growing DevOps competencies within the engineering group.
• Develop innovative measurement and monitoring tools for application and infrastructure health.
• Analyze platform usage for continuous improvements and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Propose technical architecture changes and design solutions.
