Requirements:

- 2+ years of technical, financial, accounting, or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with hardware and network operating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Pull service request tickets from phone queue and online customer portal.
- Document challenges, expectations, and necessary logs.
- Use case management system to track issues.
- Replicate customer challenges using remote access utilities.
- Provide timely status updates until resolution.
- Communicate complex business processes to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues effectively.
