Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CTO and be a key-decision maker and contributor to our technical vision and strategy.
• Lead the architecture and design of the most critical systems and features.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the entire organization.
• Identify and solve for critical system failures and deficiencies.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and approaches.
