Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in a technical Pre-Sales role.
• Familiarity with data science tooling and workflows including Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Strong track record of communicating with various customer levels and solving their issues.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build empathy and relationships.
• Generalist technical skillset with a passion for technology and creative problem-solving.
• Experience or interest in early-stage startup environments.

Responsibilities:

• Meet analytically technical end users to build strong relationships and optimize their evaluations of Hex.
• Work with end users through the Sales cycle from discovery and product demos to trials and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives on opportunity-level strategy and execution.
• Source and synthesize critical product feedback to share with Engineering & Product teams.
• Project manage architecture, security, and technical reviews.
• Develop content to support users during evaluations.
• Travel as needed to customer on-sites and marketing events to deliver demos.
