Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, focusing on commercial, restaurant, and retail projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D and Revit.
• Experience in Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute design development phases for commercial, restaurant, and retail projects.
• Develop 3D models and detailed presentations using Rhino 3D.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to refine design concepts.
• Produce detailed construction documents using Revit, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate systems into designs.
• Address design challenges during documentation to maintain timelines.
• Oversee project progression from concept to construction.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
