- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a B2B setting (preferably within the BPO, SaaS, or professional services industries).
- Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms).
- Strong content creation skills, including blog writing, social media copy, and email marketing.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tracking tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to execute campaigns independently and drive results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on client acquisition and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct basic content creation (blog posts, social media posts, case studies, email marketing campaigns, etc.).
- Execute basic design work for marketing materials (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Perform basic video editing to create engaging promotional and educational content.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve ROI.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and marketing goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep The Call Gurus at the forefront of BPO marketing.
- Take full ownership of the marketing department for 3-6 months, implementing strategies without additional team support until the department expands.
