Requirements:

8+ years of experience in strategic account management, marketing strategy, or related roles.

Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps that align with client goals and outcomes.
Provide actionable insights and opportunities from the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP).
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Facilitate collaborative client sessions to drive innovation.
Collaborate to ensure successful onboarding and activation of first-party (1P) data.
Monitor and manage roadmap deliverables, ensuring timely delivery.
Identify risks and propose solutions to optimize performance.
Present high-impact reports and narratives to communicate insights effectively.
