Requirements:
  • BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1+ year of administrative or HR support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with HR software, experience with TriNet is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with HR-related tasks across the US, Mexico, and LATAM.
  • Learn and assist with the recruitment process including outreach, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update HR-related files and records electronically.
  • Update necessary documentation at HR's request.
  • Maintain accurate Org Charts and collect updates from global HR Teams.
  • Support the HR team with PDRs/PDPs and onboarding processes.
  • Schedule meetings and support employee events and training sessions.
  • Document key points and decisions during meetings.
