Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of management experience in fast-paced environments such as culinary, military, or emergency response.
• Experience leading and training large teams in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal resources and travel frequently.
• Physical fitness and mental resilience to cope with demanding tasks and environments.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards local communities.

Responsibilities:

• Respond within four (4) hours notice to manage relief operations as Culinary Manager.
• Lead and manage culinary teams to implement relief activities aligned with WCK’s values.
• Design and implement adaptable strategies in high-stress environments affected by disasters.
• Recruit, train, and manage culinary staff, consulting on response scope and operations.
• Provide updates on operations to ensure transparent information sharing.
• Ensure smooth transitions between activation phases and manage the After-Action Report process.
