Requirements:
- Channel account management experience, preferably in UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI.
- Knowledge of various routes to market including TSDs, Alliances, and VARs.
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills to engage large groups on technology.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region.
- Familiarity with regional partners capable of selling CX solutions.
- Proven experience in recruiting partners into a channel program.
- Accuracy in forecasting channel pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Comfortable negotiating at the C-Suite level.
- Passion for innovation and driving business growth through technology.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including TSDs, Alliances, VARs.
- Identify and recruit new partners into PolyAI's channel program.
- Possess a deep understanding of PolyAI's technology solutions for effective presentations and demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of channel pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with departments like marketing, operations, legal, and HR for execution of channel strategies.
- Engage with partners and customers at all levels, including C-Suite executives, to negotiate partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and partner needs to inform channel strategy.
- Promote a collaborative culture within the channel team.
