Requirements:
  • Channel account management experience, preferably in UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI.
  • Knowledge of various routes to market including TSDs, Alliances, and VARs.
  • Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to engage large groups on technology.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region.
  • Familiarity with regional partners capable of selling CX solutions.
  • Proven experience in recruiting partners into a channel program.
  • Accuracy in forecasting channel pipeline and revenue.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Comfortable negotiating at the C-Suite level.
  • Passion for innovation and driving business growth through technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including TSDs, Alliances, VARs.
  • Identify and recruit new partners into PolyAI's channel program.
  • Possess a deep understanding of PolyAI's technology solutions for effective presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of channel pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with departments like marketing, operations, legal, and HR for execution of channel strategies.
  • Engage with partners and customers at all levels, including C-Suite executives, to negotiate partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and partner needs to inform channel strategy.
  • Promote a collaborative culture within the channel team.
