Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience with Zuora recurring billing software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and respond to complex billing system issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google for Work applications, and SQL.
• Zuora Administrator certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as the primary architectural lead on the Zuora billing and revenue systems.
• Manage all aspects of the Zuora system and its integrations with other systems like Salesforce.
• Create and manage the product catalog, revenue recognition rules, and EOM reports.
• Ensure SOX compliance for Zuora, including internal controls and audits.
• Develop and maintain security practices and access controls.
• Participate in integration testing and identify system enhancements.
