Requirements:

• Previous Outbound experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Experience in the Payments or Messaging industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in competitive sales environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Growth-oriented mindset and desire for a career in Sales.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and team planning sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Continually drive revenue through outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing-sourced leads.
• Send and monitor high volumes of calls, emails, videos, texts, and LinkedIn messages to engage the audience.
• Provide insights to help inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to strategize and execute account plans.
• Facilitate discovery meetings with potential buyers.
• Perform account and contact research to prioritize outreach and tailor messages.
• Develop knowledge of the platform and customers for meaningful conversations.
• Leverage technology tools to drive results.
• Prepare reports on team results.
