Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Coordination: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide necessary support.
  • Migration Management: Oversee the migration process and ensure data integrity.
  • Data Migration: Ensure accurate migration of data from previous platforms.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve migration issues.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing client support.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions and create process documentation.
  • Collaboration and Escalation: Work with various teams to ensure alignment and address customer concerns.
