  • Engage in initial conversations to understand property owners' needs and concerns.
  • Articulate the benefits of the PadSplit model to property owners.
  • Develop trust-based relationships and act as an advisor.
  • Customize hosting solutions based on unique circumstances.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements for onboarding as PadSplit Hosts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Monitor real estate market trends to refine outreach.
  • Organize educational sessions for property owners.
