Proven capability in curating and developing guides and resources that address internship challenges. Background in recruitment, career coaching, or professional development to assist intern and host company needs. Skills in providing scalable support and bespoke solutions for internship challenges. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities for effective advising. Proficient in using feedback systems to improve intern and host company experiences. Experience in advising on career development and skill-building. Familiarity with project management platforms and communication tools.

Provide consistent support to interns and host companies, addressing challenges in communication and workload management. Utilize feedback loops to identify and address internship challenges, while offering guidance on skill development. Offer personalized support for unique issues and collaborate with the Head of Internship Success on effective strategies. Engage proactively with stakeholders to mitigate challenges before escalation and gather insights for program improvements. Organize and facilitate workshops focused on onboarding and skill development for groups of 20-40 stakeholders. Curate guides and resources on internship challenges, collaborating with the team to enhance career management and communication solutions.
