Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as PM in an outsourcing company.
• Experience in the similar domain is a must-have.
• Advanced English level.
• Proven experience in creating roadmaps, charts, and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and wiki systems.
• Excellent communication skills with project stakeholders.
• Data visualization expertise, including mockups and use case diagrams.
• Understanding of the pre-sale process and project scope estimation.
• Experience in preparing User Stories and documenting Acceptance Criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and optimize development processes for a team of up to 7 people.
• Analyze project requirements and document feasible solutions.
• Communicate with clients to clarify priorities and expectations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Plan team tasks and develop realistic project schedules.
• Manage project budgets and adapt to changes in requirements.
• Generate new ideas for product efficiency and build effective teams.
• Train team members and address customer issues.
